Huck Finn takes on the mighty Mississippi.

When Huckleberry Finn runs away from a life of abuse, he meets up with an old friend, the slave Jim, who is also running away. River Adventure

I enjoyed this one less.

Huck escaping the intolerable civility of Widow Douglas meets Jim - they aim for freedom down the Mississippi.

Cons, violence, slavery. It's a powerful story of friendship that is often very difficult to read.
